We run LinkedIn for your entire leadership team.

Most B2B companies have one executive on LinkedIn and a silent leadership team. We turn your CEO, CRO, CMO, and senior leaders into consistent LinkedIn voices, without adding work to your marketing team.

Limited onboarding slots each quarter. Three-exec minimum.

The Gap

Your CEO posts. The rest of the team is invisible.

It is the pattern in nearly every B2B leadership team we meet, and it quietly weakens pipeline, trust, and talent attraction.

01

Buyers research the people, not the page

Before a second call, buyers look up your CRO, your VPs, your CEO. An empty profile last updated three years ago is the impression you're leaving.

02

The CEO can't carry it alone

One visible CEO is a start. The reach, the credibility, and the talent pull all change when the rest of the leadership team is showing up too.

03

Every attempt so far has stalled

In-house teams get buried. A ghostwriter works for one exec, not ten. Agency projects end. Execs who try it themselves run out of time by week three.

We do the work. Your team approves.

The heavy lifting is ours. Here is the small amount we need from you to capture each exec's voice and keep it sharp.

Your part

~60 min / month
  • A voice-intake interview with each exec (about 60 minutes)
  • Ongoing company updates, wins, and market observations, dropped in Slack or Teams as they happen
  • Optional: shared Looms, public talks, or podcast appearances we can study to sharpen voice faster
  • Optional: casual B-roll and working footage, using the Media Kit we ship

Our part

Everything else
  • Write the posts. We draft everything in each exec's voice.
  • Publish anything. We schedule and post directly in each exec's account.
  • Reply to comments. We manage engagement on each exec's behalf (Tier 2 and up).
  • Monitor LinkedIn for trends. Weekly insight reports come to you.
  • Manage the process. Approvals are a few clicks in the dashboard.

Hands-off and simple for your team.

Every month, content is delivered to a personalised dashboard for review. Each exec can approve, request changes, or edit directly. No chasing, no email threads.

  • Content drafted in each exec's voice
  • Delivered to the dashboard for review
  • Approve, edit, or request changes in one click
  • We schedule and publish on cadence
  • Engagement guide shared with the team

Is this for us?

You'll know if this fits.

MixBloom Executive is built for B2B teams that already believe LinkedIn matters, but cannot run it consistently across the leadership team.

This is likely a fit if

  • Your CEO posts, but the rest of the leadership team is silent
  • Your marketing team cannot take on executive voice, approvals, and publishing
  • You have tried ghostwriting, but it only worked for one executive
  • Your competitors' leaders are showing up more than yours
  • Buyers, recruits, investors, or partners research your people before they decide

If three or more are true, we should talk.

Content direction

What we'll have each exec known for.

Each exec posts to a deliberate set of pillars. Recognition compounds in a few defined areas instead of scattering across a feed.

Thought Leadership

Each leader's earned point of view on where their market is heading and what most people are getting wrong.

Industry Commentary

Timely reactions to the conversations and shifts shaping their category, positioning them as a current voice.

Storytelling

The personal and company moments that build trust and make the exec human, credible and worth following.

Leadership

How they think about building teams, making decisions, and running the business, the content that attracts talent.

Customer Insight

Patterns from real customer conversations that demonstrate the exec genuinely understands the buyer.

Narrative Moments

The strategic launches, wins, raises and milestones we coordinate the team around for maximum reach.

Formats we publish

Five formats, matched to the message.

Format selection matters as much as topic. We pick deliberately based on what the post needs to do, then rotate so the feed stays varied.

Carousels

Multi-slide stories for frameworks, breakdowns and step-by-step thinking. Strongest-performing format on LinkedIn.

Short video

Category takes and on-camera commentary. The format LinkedIn currently rewards in reach.

Personal storytelling

The moments, lessons and decisions that make the exec credible and worth following.

Polls

Lightweight posts that surface buyer signal and trigger conversations in the comments.

Native documents

Long-form thinking published as PDF-style decks directly on LinkedIn, high dwell time.

The pattern is consistent. When execs show up in their own voice, the reach and trust build in ways a company page never can.

For your sales team

Same program. Now for your sales team.

Once your leadership team is live, you can extend the program to your top sales reps. Each rep gets their own voice work and their own content stream, running through the same writing team and dashboard your execs use. Priced per rep on top of your executive engagement, added when you're ready.

Reps show up in their buyers' feed

Prospects who went quiet see your reps post every week. When a cold email lands later, it lands on someone who already knows them.

Content that sounds like the rep, not the company

We write in each rep's voice about how they think and what they see in conversations. No product features. No quarterly promos.

Built on the same program

Same voice work, same writing team, same dashboard. Add it to your existing engagement at any time.

Lower cost per rep

Priced per rep on top of your engagement. The production is more efficient than the exec line, so the cost per head is meaningfully lower.

FAQ

Common questions.

The ones we get on every intro call. If yours isn't here, we cover it on the call.

How is this different from a ghostwriter?

Ghostwriters work for one executive. MixBloom Executive is a coordinated visibility engine across the whole leadership team, plus optional sales. We do voice work, positioning, content, strategy, engagement, and reporting per exec, and we coordinate them around company moments. A freelance ghostwriter can't do that for ten execs at cadence.

Our execs don't have time to write or film. Is this realistic?

Yes, and it's the most common reason teams call us. We capture each voice in about 90 minutes during onboarding through a structured interview and prior-content analysis. After that, under 30 minutes per month per exec, mostly approving drafts in the dashboard. We schedule and publish posts in their account, so nothing else lands on their plate.

Can we start small and scale up?

Yes. We start at three execs. That's the minimum where the coordinated-team value shows up: voices reinforce each other, narrative moments stack across the team, and the engagement guide gives the rest of the team something to participate in. Most teams add execs quarter over quarter once they see the rhythm.

What if the voice doesn't sound like them?

First month is voice calibration. Sample drafts go out in week three, the exec reacts in writing or on a call, we adjust. Voice keeps refining over months one and two until it's sharper than what most execs write themselves.

What kinds of posts do you create?

We publish across LinkedIn's strongest-performing formats: carousels, short-form video, personal storytelling posts, polls, and native documents. Buffer's 2025 LinkedIn data shows carousels get roughly 278% more engagement than video and 596% more than text-only, so format selection matters as much as topic. We match format to the message rather than locking to one type each month.

We're in a regulated industry. Will compliance allow this?

Yes. Mastercard, Medallia, regulated finance and pharma firms run advocacy and executive content programs. We build approval workflows around your compliance review, and we work with legal teams when needed.

How long until we see results?

Output starts in month one. Profile-level engagement compounds month three to six. Pipeline and brand attribution show up month six and beyond. We don't promise specific impression or lead numbers; we promise the system runs and the leadership team becomes visible.

What does it cost?

Three-exec minimum, billed monthly, with quarterly business reviews. Three tiers (Positioning, Managed, Embedded) priced per scope. We share specific pricing on the intro call once we understand your team size and which tier fits.

Why MixBloom Executive?

We have run content for over 1,500 B2B brands over the past decade. The production system, approval workflows, and dashboard already run at scale. MixBloom Executive points the same operation at your leadership team.
